Cottage is very private with nobody on one side. The entire bay feels like it is yours. Lots of wildlife to be seen, Otters, Loons, muskrats, ducks, Bald Eagles, turkeys and Ospreys are a few of the critters you may see. This is a 5-star rated cottage. Owner does not allow parties and guests are fully vetted. We want you to check into a damage free cottage when you arrive. Only the best guests are accepted to maintain a high quality experience for each visitor. 8 people max. A cottage rules and waiver must be signed prior to acceptance of reservation. Cottage has one full bathroom but also a very nice clean privy outside. A back up generator is on site. Water is from a beautiful clean well but also has a UV and filtration system as an extra measure of caution. Ceiling fans in every bedroom keep guests cool on even the hottest nights. A fully stocked kitchen makes meal prep easy and complete. Cottage is a 25 min drive from Bon Echo with amazing trail system and a beautiful beach. The famous bonechere caves are also with in a 60 min drive. This is one of finest cottage experiences you will have. Check in days during the summer is Saturday at 4pm. Summer rentals are 1 week blocks. Check out is 11am Saturday latest. All garbage and recycled must be removed.
