Easy freeway access; this house is 20 minutes drive to Downtown LA, Old Town Pasadena. Close to shopping and many restaurants nearby. Private entrance, so you can come/go freely.

This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house offers maximum privacy and serenity.
It has its own front yard. The living room features ample open space, a large window to let light in, and freshly polished hardwood floors. The bathroom is newly renovated with a big bathtub. The main bedroom has a quality king size bed (Nectar). The second bedroom also offers a king size bed, with a comfy memory foam topper. Both bedrooms have blackout shades installed in case you want to sleep in. There’s a laundry room with a washer/dryer with detergent provided.
High speed internet WIFI (300 mbps; great for those working remotely), A/C & heater, full bathroom, kitchen, fridge, electric cooktop, microwave, washer & dryer.
20 mins driving to DTLA. Close to 10 freeway. 20 mins driving to Old town Pasadena.
Less than 5 mins drive to many restaurants & mall close by. Parking on premise, can accommodate 2 cars.
Guest access:
Living room, two separate bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and front lawn.
Other things to note
The house has central A/C & heating. Guest comfort is my priority, so you are free to adjust as needed. However, please take care to keep/turn it off if not using!
The lot can comfortably fit two (2) vehicles. Please let me know if you have more than two cars, and I will do my best to accommodate parking.
