An exceptional stay awaits at this beautiful vacation home. You will love being so close to the heart of Austin and still surrounded by forest in this nice and family-friendly neighborhood. The location is very serene and quiet since the home is located near a creek. And if you and the gang are up early enough, you may see plenty of wildlife, from owls, deer, and armadillos to occasional bobcats and coyotes.
The main living space of the home can be found on the first level. The spacious living room offers nothing but comfort and coziness with inviting sofas throughout, a pellet stove, and a large smart TV. From here, guests can access one of the three decks. This one offers plenty of seating and a table, which makes for a great outdoor dining area or a great place to work while enjoying the outdoors. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a double-door fridge, double oven, and dishwasher. There is an additional mini-fridge to store your goodies and beverages and keep them nice and cold. This level hosts one bedroom with an en suite bathroom and an office-like den with a bunk bed, a desk, and a 32-inch high-definition monitor for those who would like to work remotely or even stream.
The second floor features two more bedrooms - both bedrooms share a spacious en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and two stand-alone showers. One of the bedrooms has a desk with a 32-inch high-definition monitor. The second-floor deck is furnished with a comfortable corner table. And last, but definitely not least, the upper-level bedroom is by far the most private bedroom in the home. It's complete with a wet bar, an en suite bath, and a third deck. N Lamar Blvd and W 5th St are four miles away and Barton Creek Greenbelt is three miles away.
THINGS TO KNOW
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: The driveway is available for parking two or three vehicles. The garage is not for guest use. The circular driveway exiting Westbrook Drive is very steep, please angle out your vehicle.
