3 Bedroom House in Park Rapids
This beautiful, open house is very private and peaceful and has huge windows all around to enjoy the views of nature. The kitchen is great to work in and has a huge island, and is open to the dining room and living room, and to the glass-roofed porch. It is perfect for a family who wants time in nature or an individual who wants a retreat to write or work.
There are window a/c units in two bedrooms, but the third bedroom does not. There is also an ac in the main room.
We built the house for ourselves when we had one child, then divided that bedroom into two when we had another. So there is one average size bedroom with a double bed, one small bedroom with a queen bed, and one very small bedroom with a single bed and trundle.
We share part of the driveway with our good friends and neighbors, and their land surround ours. So for the safety of them and their dogs walking their trails, and to be respectful of them and the peace and quiet there, we cannot allow ATVs, guns, fireworks, etc.
