The space
Outdoor Space:
The large private beach is directly accessible from the property via a set of private stairs. This sandy beach with shallow waters is a hidden gem. Beach furniture, chairs, umbrella, kayaks and paddle board are all located in our beach boxes for guests to use. On the property is an outdoor fire pit and large terrace that overlook Lake Huron. Barbeque provided.
Note: There are many stairs (approx. 90). If guests have mobility issues there is a public sloped road that provides access to the beach. Please inquire if you would like more information.
Indoor Space:
The newly designed and renovated open concept kitchen and living room is perfect for relaxing and cooking meals. Cozy up watch the sunset, read, listen to music and play games. Everything in this bathroom is new and sparkling clean.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire cottage and beach access via private cottage stairs.

Location and Attractions:
We are situated between Grand Bend and Sarnia in Lambton Shores. Attractions a short drive away include the Pinery Provincial Park (20 mins away; day use open until Dec. 31), Twin Pines Cider House (15 mins away), Dark Horse Estate Winery (25 mins away), and several golf courses and tennis/pickle ball courts.
Important Information about Lambton Shores Short-term Rental By-law (new 2022):
-Lambton Shores has a Short-term Rental By-law in place. Non-compliance can result in fines (for the host and guest) and demerit points (host). As such, no more than 4 guests are permitted to sleep/stay at this property and it is expected that guests are quiet after 10 pm. Hosting gatherings and/or parties is not permitted.
Other things to note
1. High speed internet & suitable work space to work remotely.
2. Water from faucets is municipal and is safe to drink. However, we are on a septic system and typical septic system rules apply.
