Great swimming and boating possibilities with the 15 interconnected lakes with several public boat launches easily accessible nearby. Or, if you prefer, just kick back and enjoy the many relaxing spots on the wrap around deck with a good book or a game of cards while watching your kids both big and small race through the amazing yard in front of you.
You are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4+ bedroom, 2 bath lake house! The main floor has two bedrooms one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed. The main floor sun room can also be closed off and converted into a bedroom with a very comfortable queen size sofa bed with memory foam mattress. The loft features a king bed reading nook along with 4 twin bunk house style beds. In the lower level you will find a bedroom with a king size bed as well as a cute nook with 2 twin bunk beds and a full size sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. The dining table can seat 10 plus the open kitchen with an island and a peninsula can seat additional guests perfect for family dining.
Enjoy a day of relaxation or lawn games on the almost 2 acres of property. Great fishing off the dock, and water activities including paddle boating and kayaking with the provided boats. You'll love the small town friendly community of Richmond and Cold Spring and the surrounding communities with their many festivals and unique small town activities offered for all ages.
You can bring your own boat and tie to the dock or rent one (boat/pontoon/jet ski) from the local marinas. Unfortunately, no animals or smoking on the property or in the house. 4 cars maximum in the driveway (1 additional in the garage if needed). No street parking. We are located in a quiet residential area. No bachelorette/bachelor gatherings. No parties or weddings.
