Summary: Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Otherwise this place is a dump. Everything in disrepair. Junk all around property. Dirty rooms, lousy sheets and towels. Has the feel of a business just barely staying alive. Cheapest place in town and no bedbugs, so there is that.
