Enjoy everything Sea Pines has to offer including the beaches, Harbor Town, Golf, Tennis, Bicycling, Kayaking, Horse Back Riding, South Beach and the famous Salty Dog Café.
Upon arrival, you'll be immediately dazzled by the property's beautiful interior with a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen that is sure to bring out your inner chef! It includes new flooring, all new stainless steel appliances, a hand-crafted walnut-top island with bar stools and has everything you could possible need! The dishware, serve-ware and flatware are all new, and includes appliances such as coffee maker and Keurig, microwave, crock pot, electric hand mixer, blender, etc. Brand new Washer/Dryer is located in the mud-room off the kitchen for your use.
The Dining Room offers a large farmhouse table with seating for eight to enjoy all of your family meals together!

Master Bedroom has a new luxurious King Bed, large flat screen SMART TV, ceiling fan, private bathroom, walk-in closet and sliding glass door with access to back patio.
The Second Bedroom has a new Queen Bed and sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and DVD Player, ceiling fan, closet and access to an updated full bath. This second bedroom sleeps 4 and offers a lot of space. It works well for families with children.
The back yard offers shade, privacy and includes new patio furniture and a Stainless Steel 4 burner grill. It’s a great place to spend after a wonderful day at the beach or to relax after enjoying the many of the outdoor activities that Sea Pines has to offer (golf, tennis, horseback riding, kayaking, etc).
