Welcome to The Hidden Rivers of Woodslee. A beautifully renovated modern house with a rustic chic appeal nestled amongst picturesque landscaping with the quiet sounds of Belle River flowing amid the trees. Located between Lake St Clair & Lake Erie, this property is close to many breweries and approximately 15 minutes from the 20 plus wineries the area has to offer. Point Pelee National Park is a 30 minute drive along the beautiful shores of Lake Erie.
The space
The space comes with an open concept design along with a rustic chic feel inside. This house was custom built in 2019 with great attention to detail. The kitchen and living room area combine an open concept feel, which makes it great for entertaining. You can relax after an adventurous day at the local wineries and cozy up next to the five (5) foot linear gas fireplace, put on your favourite movie and relax in front of the 65 inch tv. There are three bedrooms with a king sized bed in the master bedroom and two (2) queen sized beds in the additional 2 bedrooms. The house sleeps six comfortably. (All mattresses purchased May 2019)
At night you can enjoy the newly built bonfire pit area and relax in the Muskoka chairs or simply enjoy the wood burning steam sauna and cool off under the outdoor shower (seasonal ). You can also sit out under the stars in the new 3-4 person Master Spa hot tub on the back deck just steps away from the patio doors to the Master bedroom.
