Located down a private road and nestled amongst 5 acres of Muskoka forested pines, your heart will skip a beat as you emerge from the trees to this gorgeous lakehouse. Custom built so every room has picturesque views down the quiet bay, this 4,800 sq. ft cottage home will have you wanting your own lakefront property.
If you choose to bring your own boat, you won't be disappointed as the cottage is on the expansive Trent-Severn waterway where you can enjoy endless hours of boating and take in the awe of watching the unique lock system marine railway at "Big Chute." Only one lock away from the expansive Georgian Bay! This property also features 3 separate docks that can accommodate various boat sizes.
The main spaces of the 4,800 sq. ft lakeside treasure:
- The main-level sitting room features super comfortable seating facing a two-story wood-burning fireplace, a 65" Art Frame Smart TV flanked by two stories of windows overlooking the tranquil lake.
- The lower-level sitting area is outfitted with plush leather sofas facing a wall-mounted Smart TV. In this area, you’ll find a water rower and exercise bike situated next to the sliding glass doors that give access to the space home to the 4 person hot tub!
- The fully-equipped chef’s kitchen is integrated with high-end appliances such as a Wolf propane 6-burner griddle stove & double convection oven, a Sub Zero 48" fridge/freezer, a Wolf coffee maker & Virtuoso coffee grinder, a Miele dishwasher, and a wine fridge.
This space also features an island with 6 seats.
- For enjoying meals at home, there’s a live edge dining table with 6 chairs & bench.
- On the upper level of the cottage, there’s a desk with a printer where you can work on your laptop if needed. Near this area are a couple of chairs where you can sit, relax, and peer out the windows at the lake.

For avid golfers, there are 2 courses less than a half hour away and for skiers during the winter holidays, Horseshoe Valley and Mount St. Louis Moonstone are also about a half hour away. Hardwood Hill also features cross-country skiing and biking. In addition, the snowmobile trail is directly across the lane and connects to the main snowmobile trail in Ontario. 3 wonderful day spas can also be found within 30 minutes! The 5-acre property transforms into a magnificent winter wonderland for daily walks.

Getting around
The property is located approximately 52 km (32 miles) from the Muskoka Airport (YQA) and 131 km (81 miles) from the Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). Additionally, the property is about 2 hours north of Toronto. Close to the small town of Port Severn or Coldwater with an LCBO and some shopping. Orillia can be found 30 minutes with a larger selection of grocery stores, shops and restaurants. About 40-45 minutes to Bala or Port Carling for dining, groceries, gas, LCBO and most all other amenities.

There will be a mandatory cleaning fee of $350. You are still required to leave the cottage neat and tidy and all garbage and recycling removed.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
