Spacious living areas, updated kitchen has granite & all stainless appliances. Enjoy new comfortable mattresses & fine linens. Entire back of the house offers views of the backyard & sparkling swimming pool.
Modern furnishings, glowing hardwood floors & shutters throughout. 3 Samsung Smart TV’s with Hulu +Showtime and Apple TV in living room. Coded entry, high speed internet, 2 car garage. Kids & pets have access to part of the yard sectioned off from pool area. Great West El Paso location tucked away on a private cul-de-sac street. Comfortably accommodates 6 guests. Each bedroom is independent from the others, making it perfect for couples or families staying together wanting a bit of privacy.
$50 pet fee per pet and $250 cleaning fee will be charged for excess pet hair. Linens must be used to protect furniture.
