Located only 1:30 mins from Toronto and a 20 minute drive to Peterborough. Clean, private and quiet. Stunning views of the river from the lakehouse and deck. Dock available May-October with closest marina 5 minutes away by boat. 2 kayaks included. There are three bathrooms-1 full bath and one with shower. Comfortably sleeps 8 adults and 2 children.
Full water front property with spectacular views morning, noon and night. Full kitchen, living room and finished basement. The basement is a full games room with pool table, dartboard, mini-fridge and wet bar with walk out.
Conveniently connected to Rice lake- only 10 minutes by boat. This charming, cozy, rustic, pet- friendly lakehouse is open all year round so you can enjoy the great outdoors during all 4 seasons.
Property features: outdoor fire pit, indoor wood fireplace, complimentary wifi, propane filled BBQ, Muskoka chairs, dining room table that seats 10, outdoor dining table, full outdoor living room. The master bedroom loft has its own fully sheltered balcony that overlooks the river. The living room, kitchen and dining area are open concept.
Boat launch is conveniently located nearby and area is also ideal for fishing and snowmobiling.
*PLEASE NOTE: There is a 3 night minimum stay during the off-season months (January, February, March, April, May, October, November and December) and 6 night minimum stay during high season (June, July, August and September).
During June, July, August and September check in is Saturday at 3pm and check out it Friday at 11AM giving you a 6 night stay.
