Wyldewood is at the end of a very private road and centrally located east of Milford Bay on Lake Muskoka. A quick 10-minute drive to Port Carling and 10-minute drive to Bracebridge respectively, this cottage provides convenience to all amenities, and dining experiences both on and off the water including a short paddle to Touchstone resort. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy Fairways at Kirrie Glen or Muskoka Highlands golf courses, both less than a 5-minute drive away! Within a 2 hour drive to Toronto, boat the "Big 3" Muskoka lakes from this very convenient location.
PROPERTY
WYLDEWOOD - The main cottage boasts a multi level deck that runs the length of the building with Muskoka chairs, bbq and outdoor dining table that looks out to a beautiful view of the lake and boathouse. A wooden walkway leads to the guest house/bunkie which was the original cottage. This space has it's own deck with small dining table that seats 4 with umbrella and alternate seating. On your way down to the dock you will find a modest firepit for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows and taking in the beautiful Muskoka night skies. When you reach the dock you will find a 2 slip boathouse to safely dock your boat. Take in the all day sun on the open upper boathouse sundeck with large umbrella, chaise loungers and a table with chairs and umbrella to sit and have your morning coffee. Alternate "seats with a view" can be found on the additional and original tea dock. Water level off of the tea dock is shallow and deeper water off the main dock, ideal for boating, swimming and fishing.
