The waterfront (400 feet) is owned by this property only, and the property is accessed by a well kept small (gravel) municipal road (Ducharme Road)- about 1 km from highway 38 (so no highway noise)
Located 10 min south of Sharbot Lake and very easy to locate (on quiet, well kept, municipal road, short drive from highway 38)
