The unit can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, making it the perfect getaway for families or small groups. Each of the 3 functional bedrooms has its own unique theme, from the girly pink room, to the warm yellow room, and the forest-themed blue room with a stunning view of the pool.
Step outside and enjoy the beautiful California sunshine while lounging by the pool or exploring the organic orchard. Share the pool, grill, and laundry room with the guest living in the unit on the same lot, but don't let that stop you from fully embracing this hidden gem. The laundry room is located at the further end of the pool for added convenience.

Guests can enjoy the entire ADU through a private entrance. The pool and organic orchard, the grill, as well as the laundry room, are shared by the guests living in the house on the side, on the same lot.

You can park on the driveway, for up to 2 vehicles. Street parking is usually available too.
We don't provide propane for grill, please bring it yourselves. They can be found in local stores nearby.
