All season 3 bedroom cottage at Blue Water Acres resort on Lake of Bays with LOTS of amenities close to Algonquin Park and Hidden Valley ski resort. Summer offers a sandy beach perfect for kids with access to swimming, canoeing and kayaking in shallow water. Winter offers a skating rink, snow tubing hill, snowshoeing, playground, activities centre. Indoor pool, hot tub, hiking, tennis courts and more on site.
The space
The cottage has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and is approximately 1300 square feet. The Master has a king bed and ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen and the third has two twin beds. The cottage has a deck as well as an enclosed Muskoka room. The cottage is part of the Blue Water Acres Resort, a large 40 acre property on Lake of Bays. You have exclusive access to your cottage (including deck and BBQ) and shared access to the resort amenities.
