The unit has five levels of living space that includes a full kitchen and dining area. There are two outdoor spaces. The main feature of the unit is an outdoor deck that overlooks both Nantucket Sound and Lewis Bay. Beautiful for the both the sunset and sunrise. It is a great place to start the day with your favorite cup of coffee and to end the day with a great bottle of wine. You'll have access to a private beach on Lewis Bay (on the resort property), a public beach (Kalmus Beach) and a private pool at the resort. All three are very close to your front/back door. If exploring is your thing...it's just a short walk (1/2 mile) to the Ferry Landing for your island adventure. If shopping & eating catches your fancy, Main Street in Hyannis is just a mile down the road. There is one parking spot (there is no guarantee but a possibility to add another, let us know if you are interested). 1+ gig speed on our WiFi.
