Take in a day of nature trails at Algonquin Park, just 45 minutes away. Mary Lake is only 2.5 hours from Toronto and is a sought after location for both seasonal and year round vacationing!
PROPERTY
HEIRLOOM boasts flat level grassy land around the house with sports net. This area is great for small children. A deck out the back with bbq and table/chairs provides an outdoor eating area. With west exposure you are sure to catch a few sunsets off the dock in the evenings. There is 550' of waterfront with an ample dock with seating, and with deep water for swimming and diving. The dock is a gentle walk down from the house and you will find a firepit with chairs to enjoy toasting marshmallows while watching the sun set.
