1938 totally renovated midtown duplex, just 2 blocks from Historic Route 66. If you are attending an event at the Tulsa Expo Fairgrounds, the University of Tulsa, or the BOK Center downtown, this vintage charmer is the place for you to make yourself at home. It is the perfect setting for a couple, or a small family, or a ladies trip, business travelers, or fairgrounds exhibitors.
The floor plan for this side of the duplex allows for a shared living, dining (at the large island), kitchen area. There is a private bedroom/ensuite bath on each side of the common living area. There are queen beds in each bedroom. Both ensuite complete baths are fully stocked. The open kitchen has all new appliances and a large, retro diner looking island that seats 4 comfortably. The kitchen is also fully stocked, as is the separate laundry room. A Smart TV in the common area provides access to all your streaming services. You have access to the free, high speed Cox WiFi, as well. The Kottage is decorated with many unique collectible treasures and local art.
There is a long driveway to accommodate more than one car. The keyless code panel on the front door allows your check-in to be as quick and effortless as entering your own home.

We are just a couple of blocks to a great local diner, Braden Park, and antique stores.
We are located just a mile from I-244, which will take you downtown in 5-8 minutes. There you will find the Tulsa Theater, Cain’s Ballroom, the Blue Dome, Driller Stadium, and the BOK Center. This historic, artistic area boasts many fine restaurants, art galleries, live music venues, and nightlife destinations. Just a couple of minutes from us, you will find the Pearl District, Cheery Street, and the brand new Mother Road Market. We are very close to two major hospitals: Hillcrest and St. Johns, with Utica Square shopping center just across the street from St. John's. Elegant dining and shopping venues are available at Utica Square and Cherry Street and Brookside.
There is another side of the duplex (Katie's Kottage #2) for rent as well, with a totally different decoration scheme. This side of the duplex is approx. 850 sq ft and the #2 side is approx. 750 square feet.
